Information about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As you may be aware, Governor Holcomb has enacted a Stay at Home order for the state of Indiana effective 3/25/20 to 4/7/20.

This means that only essential businesses can be open for business. We are considered an essential business and we will remain available to our patients using Telehealth technology. We can see you virtually in the comfort and safety of your own home. Our schedulers are reaching out to all scheduled patients to give the option of Telehealth or reschedule your visit when the all-clear sign has been given by the President and our Governor.

Our phones are open from 8:00a to 12p and from 1:00p to 4:30p. You still have access to your physician and nurse for questions, prescription refills and appointment scheduling. The phone number is 260-436-2416.
